These terms govern the purchase of certification and training programmes from DataConfo Academy through this website. By placing an order you accept them.
2. Registration
A registration is confirmed once payment has been received and we have sent you an order confirmation. Session dates, joining details and materials are communicated after confirmation.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are stated in US dollars on each certification page. Taxes, where applicable, are shown at checkout. Payment is made through the methods offered at checkout.
4. Delivery of the programme
Programmes are delivered in the language selected at registration. Where a session is rescheduled by us, you may transfer to the next session or request a refund.
5. Examination and certification
Examination arrangements are stated on each certification page. The award of a certificate is subject to the rules of the body that issues it.
6. Cancellation

7. Intellectual property
Course materials are provided for the participant’s personal use and may not be reproduced or redistributed.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
