CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all Training programs provided by DataConfo Academy, including e-learning, self-study, live online and classroom Training.
By placing an order or making a payment, the Client acknowledges and accepts this Policy.
1. ORDER AND CLIENT INFORMATION
The Client is solely responsible for providing accurate and complete registration information, including their name, email address, telephone number and any information required for Training or certification purposes.
The Client must verify all information before validating the order.
DataConfo Academy shall not be liable for any delay, non-delivery, access issue, registration problem or other consequence resulting from incorrect, incomplete, misspelled, outdated or inaccessible information provided by the Client.
Once an order has been validated and confirmed, any modification, cancellation, transfer or replacement requested due to an error in the information provided by the Client is not guaranteed and shall not entitle the Client to a refund.
2. DIGITAL TRAINING
For e-learning and self-study Training, no cancellation, refund, exchange or transfer is permitted once:
- access has been activated;
- digital content has been made available; or
- the Training has been assigned to the Client.
The Client’s failure to access, use or complete the Training after activation does not constitute grounds for a refund.
3. CLASSROOM AND LIVE ONLINE TRAINING
For classroom and live online Training, a cancellation may be considered only if the Training materials, access credentials or other resources have not yet been allocated, issued, activated or made available to the Client.
Subject to this condition, the following refund schedule applies:

| 3–6 calendar days before Training | 30% |
| Less than 3 calendar days before Training | No refund |
| No-show without prior notice | No refund |
4. ALLOCATION OF TRAINING MATERIALS
For all Training formats, once any Training materials or resources have been allocated, issued, delivered, activated or made available to the Client, the order becomes non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable, except where otherwise required by mandatory applicable law.
This includes, without limitation:
- course materials and manuals;
- digital content;
- platform access;
- access credentials;
- examination or certification materials;
- training kits;
- or any resource specifically prepared or assigned to the Client.
The allocation of materials may take place before the scheduled Training date.
5. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING REQUESTS
All requests must be submitted in writing to:
The cancellation date is the date on which DataConfo Academy receives the written request.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and may be refused where materials, access or resources have already been allocated or where third-party certification or Training Partner conditions prevent the change.
6. THIRD-PARTY CERTIFICATION
Where Training involves a certification body or third-party Partner, the applicable rules of that organization also apply.
DataConfo Academy does not guarantee examination success and shall not be responsible for cancellation, refund or rescheduling conditions imposed by a third-party certification body after registration or allocation of the relevant resources.
7. REFUNDS
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed through the applicable payment method.
For payments made in MAD for a price displayed in USD, exchange-rate fluctuations and non-recoverable payment or banking fees may affect the refunded amount, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
8. CANCELLATION BY DATACONFO ACADEMY
If DataConfo Academy cancels a Training for reasons attributable to DataConfo Academy, the Client may be offered an alternative date or, where applicable, a refund of the amount paid for the cancelled Training.
9. MANDATORY LEGAL RIGHTS
Nothing in this Policy excludes or limits any right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited under mandatory applicable law.
In the event of a conflict, mandatory applicable law shall prevail.
10. ACCEPTANCE
By placing an order or making a payment, the Client confirms that they have read, understood and accepted this Cancellation and Refund Policy.
This Policy forms an integral part of the DataConfo Academy Terms and Conditions of Sale.
